In our location in Downtown Eugene, our focus is technique and form. Our certified CrossFit trainers can teach you the best ways to prevent injuries and build mental toughness. Our classes our limited to 8-10 clients at a time to make sure everyone is keeping good form and is scaled appropriately. Our community is growing everyday and as you will discover, the CrossFit community is the best part of the fitness program! Everyone is very supportive and helpful through the hard workouts, nutritional choices, and consistency.

"Not your average CrossFit gym! At CrossFit Evviva we train hard, but our community environment is our greatest strength. There is no room for ego or bad attitudes. Those type of people just don’t last here. We are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble. For the longevity of our lives we pursue workouts consisting of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in our daily activities, like picking up our kids or moving that bag of dog food. We offer a 7,000 sqft facility which we've replaced rows of stationary bikes and weight machines with simple equipment and wide open space to move our bodies as they were intended to."
