Spa technician / repairman and part owner needs refresher course in repairing spas and customer service! Well today is thanksgiving Day 2014 and my grown children are coming over later to eat hot turkey. Some will want to relax after dinner in our hot tub. But that won't happen today, because my hot tub is still broken one week after having repairs done and getting billed for it. I told the technician how important it was to get an accurate diagnosis so that repairs are done correctly the first time. They were not :( I told the tech the low speed pump would not come on and sometimes the circuit breaker would trip. He tested the heater and although it was working wanted to replace it any way because of a tiny dot of rust and corrosion. He replaced the heater (?) and at my concern also replaced the pressure switch, my idea from reading about fixes online, not his. "Just in case" he said. After repairs were done I asked if this would fix the problem, he answered "Yes". But wait, during repairs the spa technician told me the (alleged) heater problem would not cause the low speed pump to fail. Huh ? I'm confused. I do know this, I have a bill for repairs and a broken spa/hot tub. BTW, this morning it's doing exactly the same thing it was before technician ever showed up. Bought this tub from this same company about 8 yrs ago. To add insult to injury, repairman left trash and my old used heater element laying on the deck next to the spa. Was the old element even broken ?

There is no better feeling in the world than slipping into your new hot tub after you have put the kids to bed and have gotten all the chores done. Eugene Spa and Hot Tub made this all possible for me and my husband. I love just soaking after a hard day, and my kids absolutely love playing in it too for limited amounts of supervised time. I know they’ll get to enjoy the full benefit once they are a little older as well. We haven’t had any problems thus far, so I can’t comment on the service aspect, and I hope that day never comes. We love our new hot tub!

This place was great to deal with. Very informative and helpful. It is great to finally have our own relaxing spa. we have been enjoying it a lot. Pleased with the price and informative staff.
