I love the comradery of the women there, and the fact that I don't have to hear men working out and grunting all the time! Women are so much less "in your face" about their workout routines.

Comfortable environment, non judging of size and shape and condition. Friendly to folks. Easy to start and get up to speed. Wish there was more contemporary music.
