Talay Thai Restaurant (Halifax)

I liked their old, more intimate location better. This place feels a bit cavernous. Food is excellent. Service could be more attentive. Would certainly recommend though.

Possibly the best Thai food in Halifax! Ranges from regular to spicy and you can ask for "Thai Spicy" if you are brave enough. Service is good. Take-out available.

Service is and always is fantastic. the Curries are really good, especially the masaman curry, it truly is delicious! The atmosphere is great but unfortunately cannot give 5 stars to a thai place that has a below average pad thai. Pad thai is Not spicy whatsoever(although they do have some good chili sauce you can add), overcooked noodles and is waayyy too sweet. I have ordered this dish multiple times to make sure it wasn't' just a one off or something but unfortunately this is their pad thai. I would still recommend though because the service is fantastic and the masaman curry is just so damn tasty.

Very good thai food with super fast service! Great for takeout too, usually ready in like 15 minutes...I get takeout way too often from here! The pad thai and red chicken curry are really good. Friendly staff :)

Fantastic menu, best Thai in the city. Slower service then normal, but worth the wait.
