Story

Elements on Hollis provides the best of cuisine in downtown Halifax restaurants. To accompany the amazing food at Elements on Hollis, the Halifax restaurant offers Nova Scotian wines from eight wineries, two distilleries and two breweries.

We offer Sunday Brunch every Sunday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Call us at 902.496.7960 to make reservations.

We went to the Sunday brunch and everything was delicious and well presented. My wife and I were left not wanting. The wait staff was helpful and quick to look after all of our needs. But this is not the start of our great service. Saturday we went down to the restaurant to ask some questions as my wife had some concerns - she has an anaphylactic allergy to shellfish. The head chef came out to address this personally. His assurance that he could look after our needs left us reassured. When we came down for the brunch Shan, the chef, walked us through the different stations and let us know what my wife should avoid and what was safe. Every time my wife went out for another serving the head chef was there to greet my wife and ask how she was and informed her what was still safe to eat. On top of the wait staff checking in on us the head chef and the manager came to our table to make sure our needs were met. We felt cared for at every turn. We feel confident to visit here again.

Service was above reproach , room was pleasant and bright, our burgers were huge and super tasty. All in all a most excellent burger week lunch.

Amazing buffet brunch on Sundays! All kinds of variety, fresh and delicious food. Does not disappoint!
