Everything was good except for the Fried Glutinous Rice Dumpling too thick of glutinous crust and the Stir fried Beef noodle I didn't even take a picture of the noodle; the noodles were stuck together either they didn't use the right noodle or the chef does not specialize in noodle dishes. Stick with the Dim Sum avoid the noodle dishes.

Food is decent. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. Prices are a bit pricey, but dimsum has gone up in price every where. Place is not fancy and the service is not the best, but I'd say it's okay. I'm still looking for a good restaurant with a good taste and price balance.

Was craving some Dim Sum and came to Tak Fu today, showed up at 9 am and it wasn’t open, turns out on weekdays they open at 10 am. The menu didn’t have an pictures and the English text was a bit small for me to read bring your glass if it is hard for you to see writing The employees knew a bit of English and try to help. However my father and I were still confused, we don’t eat Dim Sum too often. If you also don’t eat Dim Sum often but know how each dish looks, I recommend having pictures of what you want to make it easier for you and your waiter. The food was nicely seasoned, and soft - it was easy to eat with new braces. For food that I recommend, would be the chicken feet - the sauce on it was very good. The steam dumplings with pork, mushrooms & bamboo shoots were seasoned nicely. However the fried rice noodles with beef was a bit to oily for my liking. The plain Congee was kind of unseasoned, so I added soy sauce to it, but the fried donuts for the congee had a fluffy inside and nice crispness to the outside. All and all I would come back again ! TLDR: weekday opening times are incorrect opens at 10am not 9 no pictures for the menu plus text was so small to read, nicely seasoned food.

A bit of but the food is good. The dim sum is by the owner. The taste can be kept steady. No special any day.

Ordered dim sum for takeout in the morning. The shrimp dumpling was hard and bland taste. The Chinese sausage roll was dried and hard. The steamed dumpling and the fried taro dumpling was quite good. The owner was nice. Overall food quality was ok and some dishes were quite good.

this Google search find is my latest discovery for awesome dim sum and they serve curry cuttlefish that's super tasty and tender!, large portions, good variety and sensible take out containers...cozy spot for dine in and staff are friendly and offer good service. cash or debit onlyFood: 5/5

Dim sum at this quite few customers restaurant is surprising good. They serve the regular run-of-the-mill dim sums but delicious and decently priced. Tea charge is only $1 per person, though I think it should be included in the meal. Menu is not a long list but enough for the brunch appetite. Better than most restaurants for quality and service.

Dim Sum is hot, fresh and tasty even if you order take out to bring home! If you plan on going on the weekend make sure to go early as it gets very busy. Staff is also friendly. 5/5

Basic dim sum. Not heavily flavored and low msg. No wait as it is not crowded. Very good steam milk with ginger. Rice noodles well stuffed with meat. Beef with clear broth also good.Food: 4/5

Feb2022: come back again for dimsum, so surprised by the rice roll. It ws the best roll I have ever eaten. It was soft, smooth,silky and chewy . Freshly made with just enough oil. Excellent rice roll . It is a Rice Roll King . July 2021:Best Sesame Rice Ball in the world!! Freshly deep fried but not oily, crisp outer skin but thick layer of sticky rice dough wrap up a dough of hot, sweet, running salty egg yolks sauce, like the volcanic lava. I have eaten Sesame Balls all over the world including Guangzhou and Hong Kong, they are nothing compare to this one. I give it 5 Star .
