Ironically, I don't come here for its rice noodle. I come here for its steamed rice and congee. Their portions are always huge and the ladies are super friendly. Make sure you call in ahead to order or you usually have to wait for 10 mins or more!

The owner here use to run Yummy Yummy Cantonese on Brimley and Sheppard serving the same things. My wife is a happy loyal patron of his so we now regular here almost every Saturdays for egg rice noodle rolls and chicken congee. My kids love the egg rice noodle roll, done street vendor style by scrapping the roll rather then rolling it...more surface area for condiments. And their congee never seems to separate even a couple hours after leaving, absolutely perfect and cheap. Though it may take some time, I like their dounut rice noodle roll.

I don't think their are competitor for Dai Hol Yee. Because it is different that their rice noodle roll made by steel plate, Dai Hol Yee uses bamboo plate. And they also serve steamed combo dishes which is a new option among the food court. For Steel Plate made Rice noodle Roll, can say they are making delicate.

Saw the chef/worker touching garbage can with bare hands, didn't wash hands and began prepping food again. Careful people I turned away after I saw that..

My absolute go to place for pork liver porridge. I personally favor it over their neighbour DaHalYee
