Hong Kong Seafood Hotpot

I ordered hot milk tea and deep fried squid with spicy salt. Squid is good and tasty. However, I don't understand why the hot milk tea is served in a plastic glass with straw?? It is not cold! The restaurant was quite empty, only 5 tables. However, the service was very slow. I sat down for almost 10 minutes and my table was still empty. No tea / fork / chopsticks / napkin. There were 2 waitresses busy to walk back and forth to serve the other tables. I have to waive the waitress to order the food and asked for chopsticks and napkin. The staffs are nice and polite, however, they need more training on how to serve. At least to me, they are not attending at all. Even when I paid the bill, they were cleaning the tables and not gave me the change. Again, I have to waive them to come and get the money. I give 3 stars because of the food, otherwise, I will only give 2 stars.

Came here during weekend lunch because I heard they have meals under $10 and came with complimentary cold drink. Looks like they are trying to transform this restaurant into hk styled cha Chan ten. Tried their less than $10 lunch combo, seafood fried rice taste surprising good. hainan chicken were over cooked. Looks like they are very understaffed. 0 star for service , very slow and almost no service.

The staff are really nice. Food portion for discounted lunch set is huge, almost enough to feed 2 people, price is 9.99+tax for weekend and holiday and drinks is included. I tried the fried potato noodles and iced lemon tea, the lemon tea is authentic. Washroom is clean.

Food is good, service is good , our waitress is really nice and friendly. Interior gives you that Hong Kong restaurant vibe, the interior design is just like what hot pot restaurants in Hong Kong looks like. Menu prices are decent. Would definitely come back. Me and my family had the pleasure of dining here for the first time last night. We were greeted by the most hospitable lady ive seen in ages. Her customer service was superb that her demeanor alone, made the food taste even better. The ingredients for the hotpot were all fresh. The broth was filled with flavor and the sauce station we often tended to to ensure availability. They also had other dishes that were not hotpot related bit were included in the buffet menu. We tried the stir fry beef noodles with beansprouts and some other ones. They all had the wok flavour to them. Super fresh and hot. Truly delicious. Their desserts were also nice. The washroom were also clean at the time of our visit. Nothing bad to say about this place. When we left, the whole staff bid us farewell. What a nice gesture. Certainly wont be the last we come to this place. Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the first floor. No elevators needed. Easily wheelchair accessible.

The food here is very fresh and in great quality. Plus, they always give good quantity. I came here many times, with my friends. Average price is $30-40 per person, very affordable.Food: 5/5

This place is great for a variety of pots… I really like the beef pot and the chicken pot. They are not too pricey and you get so much food for it especially the beef - you get like 6-7 different types of beef in the combo. The combo for 2 has enough food for three people…Food: 5/5

The black pepper pork & chicken hotpot is buy one get one free via APP. Very tasty Food: 5/5
