We eat at Taco Time more than all other fast food restaurants combined. The food is consistent and yes fresh. Unfortunately their prices have gone up quite a bit over the past year or so. Hard to justify paying sit-down restaurant prices for a meal on a tray in a paper wrapper. Also, the dining room is often closed and only the drive thru is open at our local Taco Time I get that it is due to staffing, but also makes it all the more hard to justify the prices.
After a very long day, I came through your drive through, and while the service was fast and friendly, it was incorrect. When I called the # on the receipt, I was given an option to hold, or press a number to be called back. I continued to hold, only to have my call forwarded to an abrupt voicemail. So I hung up, and tried again. The same thing happened 3 times. Then my number was just forwarded to the voicemail immediately. When I tried leaving a message, the call was disconnected before I could finish my message. A simple mistake that could have easily been dealt with, rather than ignored! Terrible customer service! I will probably never go to this Taco Time again.
Jessie and Terri are the best! I went in the drive through today realizing my card wasn’t in my wallet and the only thing I had was ApplePay. I asked Jessie at the window if they accepted ApplePay and sadly they don’t don’t forget your card like me. I apologized and was about to leave when Terri said “Wait!” And she handed me my food anyways. These people are so kind and I truly can’t even say how much I appreciate this place. Thank you again!! You guys are rockstars. Wish I had cash to give them a tip too
It took them 20 minutes for my food to get to my table, I ordered chicken, thay had beef on my recipe and charged me 45 cents twice, for what I don't know, and win the food came it was cold, win I asked about the mixup thay sed thay will change it to chicken, well ok but what about the 45 cents twice, no comment
*** UPDATE *** as of 03/13/23, I have had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Zach Eggers, of Taco Time - Marysville, concerning my review. Not only was Mr. Eggers prompt in his response, he was professional, and willing to make my previous experience a better one. I have never been contacted by a restaurant after having given a less than satisfactory review, much less an offer of compensation. This restaurant could teach a thing or two, to others in the industry! With that said, I will gladly give this restaurant a far better rating, and my business in the future! Thank you, Zach! ------------------------ I ordered for mobile pick up, directions to actually pick up food aren't clear, and there's no signage inside the restaurant as to where the food was placed. Food was undercooked, no napkins in bag, and no condiments either

Used to be awesome, lately they’ve messed up orders forgotten food etc etc I’ve had to come back here countless times. Figured I’d save another hungry person some time, money and aggravation. The only good thing is the food quality, which to be honest has nothing to do with the store itself. Just shows they’re busy enough to have to always have fresh food. Travel the extra couple minutes to the location in Smokey point, on 172nd st by Rite Aid. At least until whatever is happening here gets fixed.
25 minutes stuck in the drive-thru. I'm almost there only 2 cars ahead of me. Maybe I'll get my order before they go home for the night...33 minutes, made it to the window, but foods not ready, was told "we'll have it out as soon as we can"....37 minutes, I finally get to drive away. No "sorry for the wait", not even a "thank you". This place is truly pathetic.
