pls stay away from this company, they are scam and con , i had my house listed with them , nothing but a problem , after 6 month of not doing anything , they tried to charge me money for singing contract with them,  see a lawyer before you sign a contract with Tac .  
when you sale your house they charge you a huge commission, they keep bully you to lower your price , just to get commission for them self.
