Having been a real estate agent myself for 12 years, I have never met a team like this. Mariko and Radner went way beyond their work of duty to help a client that was going through a real hard time. I dealt with three transactions with them in a matter of a year and the services where nothing but beyond excellence. The thing that I admired the most of them, is how knowledgeable, extremely educated and smart they are on everything including real estate wise , including rules, regulations for condo etc, Most importantly coming from Out of town not knowing anything about the areas, I knew I was in good hands with both of them due to their honesty, compassionate hearts and extremely hard working disposition. They never stop to get the results done for anyone and completed transactions within days. Follow ups, returned calls, on top of issues all the time. Answers for everything. If you want someone out of the ordinary who works for you, take it from a senior lost in a new city. The services where impeccable and I totally put myself in their trust. Due to a most unusual set of personal circumstances i have needed a good solid realtor and services/advice 3 times in the last year! I had the good fortune the first time around to meet Mariko Baerg, and am I ever glad I did! She is one sharp, knowledgeable, and dedicated resource to have in your camp. She has provided me with excellent insite, advice, and negotiation savvy in all of my transactions. Her support and client dedication often go beyond the norm and is welcome and also a breath of fresh air. This support and service has also been consistently provided by other members of her team as well. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to any or all of my friends or colleagues. I kept delaying writing this as I can’t begin to describe how wonderful Mariko and Radner are. This was our first sale, so my husband and I interviewed a few realtors and were trying to gage how our condo would fare on the current market. Mariko and Radner came over to see the property and describe their strategies. We had never seen a real estate team so prepared. Not only did they have the comparables already, a fantastic sample brochure and area analysis but they had come with a timeline. Once we saw how far above and beyond they went before we even signed the contract we knew they were truly the gold standard. This level of customer service never ceased. Their timeline was 100% accurate, we never had any surprises and they always were available for our countless questions. They helped us prepare for the open house (even helped us move furniture!), lended some accent items, and navigated any problems with ease. We received offers after the weekend of our open house and were able to obtain the real estate dream- sell above asking price and purchase below asking price. Their negotiating skills and knowledge of the current real estate climate made us feel confident in our decisions and found us a great new home. If you are looking for a real estate agent, Mariko and Radner will end your search. We won’t hesitate to use them again and honestly can’t think of anything they could have done better to assist us with the sale and purchase.

I reached out to Radner and Mariko to help me purchase my first home. As a first time home buyer, I felt that they were excellent at explaining the contracts, process, strata documents, and terminology so that I understood everything. They are educated and engaged in the real estate process, and helped me find a condo within my budget in a highly competitive, hot real estate market. Every step of the way, they were reachable, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend!

Amazing team to work with. Extremely knowledgeable in marketing strategies, diligent, friendly and listens to clients. Mariko Bareg and Radner made selling our house easy by guiding us through the process, proactively establishing realistic timelines to ensure we got what we wanted. Sold our place well over asking !
