He was available throughout every point of the selling and buying process, and provided us with detailed answers for every single question my husband and I posed. Hardy knew an extraordinary amount of information about the market, and the valuation process of our property and the properties we looked at during the buying process. He was very thorough, and timely; especially given we had a few short notice showings. We found a new house in a short amount of time, and we’re very happy to be moving in in the next few weeks. My boyfriend and I found out we were expecting a couple months ago and we were on the search to find the perfect home to start our family. A close family member of ours had recently purchased a house and had a very good experience with their realtor, Hardy Maier. They had recommended him to us & we are so grateful! Hardy would send us new listings the day they were posted. We were able to call him at anytime with any questions or concerns and he would get right back to us. We went and checked out a few and even if we thought they could be options he would give his honest opinion & would tell us what WASN'T right with the place. He truly had our best interest at heart. We ended up finding a place we loved & made the purchase! Even after the deal was fully complete and we got to move in, there were a few minor issues that he was quick to address and help us solve. Had the Best experience buying our first home. The Home Team (Hardy) had helped us find the home we were looking for in 3 months even though it was a crazy time in real estate. Very honest, reliable, and responded fast to any questions and concerns with great explanations. Helped my and my husband find a mortgage broker since we were new to the game. I had a wonderful experience working with this team. I would recommend the Home Team 100%.

John and Carrie were great to work with.They worked very hard to market my house and worked just as hard in finding us a new home.Whenever I hear someone looking for a realtor,I never hesitate to refer the Massullo team!
