We had to buy on a rush as our landlords were selling and we were leaving the country for a time. Jeremy listened to what we wanted within out budget and found places that fit our specifications. 
With his local area knowledge, Jeremy was able to steer us toward good areas and good homes, while keeping us from making bad decisions on houses in areas we wouldn't have known were a bad location. 
He found a location that was just what we wanted and without him, we wouldn't have known it existed. 
He was extremely flexible on arranging showings and even got us a private showing on our new home before anyone else had seen it! 
From start to finished Jeremy was attentive, passionate about serving us and our needs, honest, trustworthy, and brutally honest. 
When we picked our new home, Jeremy fought for us to get it. He went above and beyond what I thought he needed to and it paid off! 
His inside knowledge of the landscape of realestate combined with his contacts and integrity made him a Godsend in a time where we were lost and naïve to the market and how to navigate it.

I highly recommend working with Jeremy as your realtor.  In the recent purchase of our new home, Jeremy helped my wife and I to see that we were willing to overpay to get the place that we wanted.  He studied the market carefully to choose the correct offering price and we were successful with our winning bid. As well, we had a difficult situation arise during the offer in which he handled in a professional manner and guided us through.  Working with Jeremy has saved us thousands of dollars and taught us some valuable lessons.  We will definitely be working with Jeremy for all our future moves.

We used Jeremy to sell our condo and buy our first house. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He was with us every step of the way, making sure we understood everything that was happening, and really going above and beyond to get us what we wanted. You can tell he really cares about his clients and their needs. He was really helpful for us navigating purchasing in a city we don't know very well, and showing us the best areas. We will definitely use Jeremy again if we decide to move, and would recommend him to anyone.

Jeremy Kyle is the best! He first helped us sell our Maple Ridge townhouse in no time flat (in a very slow market to boot) and then helped us buy our dream house in Port Coquitlam. Jeremy made what could have been a very stressful time in our lives an easy, smooth transition. He worked his magic to get us exactly what we we wanted and we felt like he was always there to answer questions and put us at ease. He was patient and considerate and went the extra mile to get to know us so he could better help us find what we needed. We couldn't have had a better experience!

Jeremy succeeded in proving to my wife and I that when it comes to buying a house, a realtor is critical. He did his research on each place we visited and knew what to look for. The information he found for us influenced our decision making in ways we hadn't anticipated at the outset of our search. Jeremy also proved to be honest with us and the sellers we engaged, which was important to us.
