I have used Vargha's services 3 times over the last year. He always been available and helpful. He would return my call or text almost instantly. He managed to find two superb proprieties for a good price and sold my condo within two weeks over asking price. I would highly recommend Vargha for buying/selling a home, and will use him again when the time comes to buy/sell.
