Hui Yeo deliberately listed a home in Westwood Plateau $500,000 below value in order to create a lot of interest and multiple offers. She in fact achieved this by receiving 20+ offers on the home and it sold in 1 week for almost $600,000 above ask. This is bad practice and a very bad look for the managing broker to allow this type of sales tactic. During the offer process, she repeatedly told our argent that there was "very few" offers in hand but anticipated maybe 5. That was a blatant lie and caused 19 other parties to waste their time and energy drafting up offers. We all know the market is tough for buyers right now, however when agents intentionally exacerbate the situation, something needs to be said/done about it.

Couple office units and business are located at the same plaza. Short driving distance to Lougheed Town Center, skytrain station, bus station, and restaurants.
