Adam is a fantastic realtor. We have used him for the sale and purchase of properties on two separate occasions while my wife and I climbed the property ladder. We went from a modest 2 bedroom condo in new Westminster to a modest house in Langley to an amazing property in Langley. Adams intuition is amazing and I wouldn’t be where I am without his guidance. When we are ready to make the leap to the next dream property we never imagined would be possible, we are calling Adam for sure!

His knowledge of the units in the district where I was considering at the time, New Westminster, was relevant and in line with the market trends. He negotiated for me the price I wanted and ensured our transactions went smoothly. Since then, I have recommended Adam to my friends, one of whom also was very pleased with his guidance and service, and ended up finding the right property and happily making a purchase with him.

We had a fantastic experience with Adam and his team. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about our buying area (in this case New Westminster) and took very good care of us. His ability to gauge the marketplace to find us great value for our money and what we wanted was unmatched! He also wonderfully advertised our property when it came time to sell, and assured we got top dollar! When we look to buy or sell again, Adam ans his team will be our first call.

Adam and his team helped me sell two older investment properties. I appreciated his forthright appraisal and handling of details that I as an out of town owner could not do. The sales went through quickly and efficiently.
