I cannot overstate how fantastic the whole team is at Team Leo. Leo knew exactly when we should put our place on the market, and Ron had a great plan. They helped arrange some quick repairs and touch ups, then staged the house nicely. It sold in no time! The communication Nd support after closing until completion was really great too! Leo and his team were amazing! They went above and beyond what I’d expect of a realty team. From the moment Leo walked through the house he had a vision of what we needed to do and how to proceed. He provided driveway paint to increase the curb appeal and filled his pick-up with our unwanted furniture. He also had someone stop by to paint the front doorstep. No worry was too small or insignificant, he listened and took care of our concerns. It was great being able to leave everything in his hands. The house was staged beautifully. I didn’t realize what a difference it would make, but I believe that it contributed to the fast sale of the house. Ron answered questions and provided information I needed before we even signed with them. He was quick to respond and very helpful! He priced the house competitively and it sold within a couple of days! I don’t know everyone who was working with Leo and Ron, but I do know they all worked together to achieve the best possible outcome for us! Thank you so much, we couldn't be happier!

Can’t recommend them enough! Léo is extremely knowledgeable and will treat you like a human rather than a dollar sign, plus he’s a riot. Ron was patient as can be and demystified the home buying process which can be daunting for a first-time buyer like myself.
