Story

Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Exceptionally slow. The food and service from the waitress was good but food from the kitchen was very slow. We had to wait over an hour from the time we ordered until we finally received our dinner. We were given a discount for our meal but I would not recommend going to this location if you are expecting a quick sit down service. I think the kitchen was too busy serving the drive thru as we noticed that there seemed to be very little food coming from the kitchen into the dining room. I hope that they are able to somehow fix this as it must be difficult for the serving staff.

Overall good, food has good taste and is well made but it's nothing amazing or that I crave for once in awhile. Service is always good and friendly and bring me what I asked for pretty quickly the only thing that could be better as a new ambience it looks old and could use some cleaning it's missing some colors and life to it.

The chicke was good, but DO NOT order it with french fries. They have a very loose concept of what fries means. Try it with a salad instead.

Horrible experience! The beef was the slimest I've ever and full of fat. Kitchen refused to replace it. No customer service here folks.

Had a great time. Our server, Hasib was very helpful with everything. Made us all feel so special. We were 11 of us and we all said what a great service. Excellent service by Hasib, great personality. 👍
