Typically come to this location once a month and on average have good to great service.nThe food is always good, just portion sometimes can be off depending on your dish but inflation is a thing.nThey offer a variety of things, easily customizable options and great for dietary restrictions.nnTypically, served within 3 minutes of you sitting down. Had the pleasures of being served by the bartender today and he was just on the ball with his service. Friendly, open and nice smile. Answered questions with ease.nnWe came today because when we went to Montana's next door for lunch took 10+ mins to be greeted by the server. Had to track someone down only to be told to continue to wait for our server. We walked out and went across the street. Was greeted with a smile and seated. Within 1 minute the bartender came to greet and get our drink order.nNight and day difference

In the first photo we visited Mario's a year ago, the experience was average normal. Came again, 2 and 3 photos. First-ordered drinks—juice for $3.50 and lemonade for $4, salad or soup is included in the service price. Ordered tetrazini for $22.79 and sampler — pasta, chicken parm, lasagna for $28, the same as last time.nWe waited a long time for food, and it so happened that the people who came after us for 20 minutes got their food first, then they brought ours. That is, we waited 2 times longer.nnThe food itself this time was not tasty. The pasta was not cooked; in places it is soft as it should be, and in most places it hardens like plasticine.nnIn total, we paid $65.83 for everything because the tax was $7.57. The waitress served well.

If you love pasta, garlic bread, bruschetta, soups and Salads, there is something for everyone. We had the best service experience by a lovely lady named Lisa, you can tell she likes her job!

Exceptional service was provided. The staff was prompt and attentive to my family’s needs. All requests were met, and refills were provided without prompting. The children enjoyed their meals, and the cauliflower crust pizza I ordered was equally delicious. This East side Mario’s is very good.
