Lisa was an absolute pleasure as our waitress at East Side Mario’s! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. She checked in at just the right times, made great menu suggestions, and kept everything running smoothly throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness really stood out and made our dining experience even better. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. We’ll definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at East Side Mario’s! We ordered a mix of dishes including pasta, gnocchi, andnCaesar salad, and everything came out fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying. The portions were generous, and you can’t go wrong with the classic Italian comfort food here.nnWhat truly made the experience stand out was our server, Demir. His service was honestly the best. He was very thoughtful, gave great recommendations, and remained professional throughout the entire meal. He also made sure to check in on us regularly without being intrusive, which made us feel really well taken care of.nnOverall, amazing food and even better service. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this location—especially if you get served by Demir!

Our server Demir was AMAZING! Super speedy super nice and overall awesome. Food was great came nice and hot, drinks were amazing. 10/10 would love to have Demir again!

First things first, what kind of Italian restaurant breaks their noodles in half, the meatball hougie at this location was less than half the size from other locations it had next to no sauce, the Cesar salad is dry and also has almost no sauce, the bacon bits are worse than the store bought frozen ones. secondly our waiter straight up ignored us for 30 minutes before he even came to ask us about drinks. the restaurant is decorated for Christmas. If I could give 0/5 stars I would, I was looking to have a nice sit down meal but ended up leaving on an empty stomach. I would absolutely NOT recommend coming to this establishment I would honestly rather recommend McDonalds. It was a waste of a night and $80

Alexis was very sweet and demure. Would eat here again if she was my server. The all you can eat mondays are amazing and Alexis recommended the spaghetti and meatballs which was amazing.
