Bien Pho Vietnamese

Service itself was great and the staff was friendly, but the food was seriously lacking in taste and flavour. Both my husband and I walked away disappointed by our dishes. I asked for a spicy dish and it was completely bland. Was also informed that the Pad Thai sauce is premade so they couldn't make it spicier, so it killed any authenticity for me.

Decent enough pho without having to go down to Somerset. Their spring rolls are quite good. BUT the service is terrible. Instead of packing up my partner's pho, which was over half full, it was just taken away and discarded without being asked. She didn't apologize for the misunderstanding or offer any solutions. We weren't asked about drinks, nor was she available for taking drink orders. The restaurant was empty so I don't really know what was more pressing than paying customers. Very disappointed in what used to be our regular pho place. Will not be returning.

Food is amazing! Staff are exceptionally personable and friendly. Portions are large and the location is easy. Would highly recommend.

Had a craving for Thai, but seems didn't make the best choice or possible restaurant choices. We ordered a chicken and a shrimp pad Thai, and yellow curry. The pad Thai was bland and lacked meat of any kind. Just a pile of barely warm egg noodles and some spouts and dry. The curry was mediocre and also contained little beer. Look elsewhere.

I usually get the beef pho, I like the broth. When I try new things I've always been happy with what I get! Thanks
