Royal Oak Laurier at uOttawa

Nice place to relax and enjoy a beer. Food is good, good selections of beer.

Good atmosphere for a Royal Oak pub, was much more enjoyable with 4$ pints.

Food is okay. Service is inconsistent -- hard to find servers sometimes. Friends and I once waited to be seated at the patio and was told to seat ourselves; servers were walking past and around us, never entertaining us / giving us menus or even acknowledging our presence (despite all of efforts to catch theirs), after 15 mins of that, we couldn't bother, so we went elsewhere. Otherwise, atmosphere is good sometimes. They have event nights sometimes; though I've found it quite disorganized and loud especially when you don't want to participate and just want to enjoy a good meal.

I had the Goat cheese salad here and it was simply amazing. ! It might the fact that I was simply hungry but either way it was delicious! Great kind staff and clean patio ! Good Job 👌

small pub, but the guy waiter was very polite, will definately visit again when im in the area.
