This is probably my favorite chain of fast food restaurants. But this location, although closest to my home, has a shortage of staff which results in slow service.  Mostly the food is pretty good, but the location at  St.Laurent mall is better.(There is also a good one in Hawkesbury.

I love thai express. First time at this location and my last. I eat the same thing at least 2 times a week. This place just doesn't have any clue what they are doing.

Worst service ever!! Order steamed dumplings...they were overcooked!!! Soft and mushy ...the girl behind the counter had the nerve to tell me ahe cant control what happens once the sauce hits the dumplings... Seriously chick!!

I have been to many thai express restaurants, I wouldn't recommend this one. The wait is long and the food doesn't taste that great

Service is friendly enough. The food is okay... but they are always out of a lot of menu items. It's really annoying to come in, looking forward to a simple spring roll, and they never have them.
