Sure Hair International

I am extremely disappointed. I paid a lot of money for laser hair treatments with the promise that it would help my hair loss and give me at least 30% hair growth, and it has been 100% useless. I have seen absolutely no reduction in my hair loss even after an entire year of laser treatments. My promised monthly specialist consultations were also not helpful. Do not try the laser treatment if you are experiencing hair loss. It is a huge waste of money! To be fair, nothing against the staff, but after paying the money and spending so much more on vitamins, shampoos and gas, I would at least want my hair to stop falling as much as it is.

I made an appointment with a specific stylist about 3 weeks ago (my sister even went into the salon to show the stylist the style that I wanted and the woman quoted us $40), I then called a couple of days before the appointment to confirm, and even see if I could go in earlier. The stylist was unable to accommodate me earlier, ok no big deal. When I arrived at the salon, the stylist was still working on the person before me and finished 10mins after my appointment time. She then came over to ask me and the woman next to me what we were waiting for. Both of us had the same appointment time. The stylist then proceeded to tell me by appointment wasn't with her, it was with another girl and the other girl wasn't even there yet. I explained that I was attending a wedding and I had even confirmed the appointment with her so I don't understand. She huffily took me in and rolled my hair. I was then pawned off to a second person to style my hair (a down do with curls, and a slight puff on the crown). It was not done well: the rollers had left a kink in my hair and it was visible in the way it was pinned, not only that, the puff was more of a tangle at the top of my head -- I had the woman re-do it. I wasn't overly happy with the result (or the can of hairspray now in my hair), but I was short for time and wanted to leave. I was then charged for an up-do ($50). Fine, I can live with the $10 extra, but was SUPER unhappy with the skill (or lack thereof) and the way I was treated. An hour and a half later, the curls had fallen to the extent that you would have thought I just rolled out of bed (I don't even have straight hair). Very disappointed. Will not return nor recommend this place to anyone.

Ray does an excellent job for men's hair cuts. Been going there for years, and he always does a very reliable job. - Liam
