Lorelle Salon and Spa

I love Lorelle Salon and Spa! The atmosphere is so fun, and the salon it self is so pretty. Staff are wonderful, and kind. I had my nails done by Nicole and they turned out exactly how I wanted. She was super knowledgeable about the health of my nails and was very clean about everything. Overall it was the best experience I have had in a salon and I can't wait to go back!!

I have had nothing but positive experiences in all the time that I have been coming here. The ladies here are very professional and take pride in their work and the comfort of their customers. They've never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them when I can't decide on a colour for my nails. (Which happens regularly) I've been to many places to get my nails done and nobody has even compared to the customer service here. The ladies are very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!

I started coming to this salon all the way from Brooklin, thanks to the reviews and recommendations of many others I knew personally. I throughly enjoyed the knowledge and professionalism of the girls at the salon. From the moment I walked in the door (serving me coffee and compliments), to holding my bags to my car in order to keep my mani pedi perfect. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a clean, professional and passionate environment. They catered to my every need (even my 18 month old). I tend to ask a lot of questions and there wasn't one they didn't have an answer or solution for. I am thrilled about the vast amount of services they offer. This is by far the definition of a "one stop shop". They make you feel welcome and comfortable. I showed Nicole a Pinterest picture of what I wanted (I am very specific and picky) and not only did she deliver but she exceeded my expectations. I will be making the travel down from Brooklin again to support such an amazing local business. Customer satisfaction is undoubtably their number one concern here and the quality of work accents their attitude graciously. Thank you Nicole and staff! We will see you soon!
