Went here with my daughter for a girls day 10 days ago. First I walked in and asked if they do shellac cause I want my 3 daughters to get there nails done and if they had time to do a full set on me . They did my first daughters nails with just normal polish and when I noticed and spoke up they restarted but accused me of not being clear about wanting shellac so no biggie I apologized they had me wait over an hour while my girls were all finished before I had even started because only two people in the whole place know how to do nails . Second this man did a terrible job shaping my nails after I kept repeating that they are not pointed enough luckily his daughter was able to paint them really nice to cover his terrible job. Third within 4 days one of my nails broke ( they were all coming lose ) I went back to have it fixed this same man agreed to fix the nail for free of course this guy literally didn’t remove the remains of the past nail and then did a gel nail my original nails were acrylic now everyone knows there is definitely a difference so I was stuck with one gel nail but I was happy I didn’t have a broken nail anymore and yet again 4 days later another nail breaks and I’ve been using glue to keep them on . So needless to say I recommend this place to no one

I went here for the first time two weeks ago for a shellac manicure and it was the BEST shellac manicure I've ever gotten! I've tried many places and it has always been thick and clumpy, but here is was thin and right to the edges of my nails. I am extremely happy with the way they shaped my nails and the quality of the polish. Two weeks later, it's starting to peel, which is also the longest lasting shellac I've had. Ask for the owner's daughter. She's probably in her 20s, and she did an amazing job! I'll be returning in the future even though I don't live in Pickering.

This place is HORRIBLE, the tools that they use are disgusting and the staff is very rude! When I went to get my nails done the guy reused a latex glove that had a huge hole in it. In addition to that, the desks that they do your nails on are filthy. Not to mention, they are very rough with your nails and reckless. When they did my nails they cut my fingers many times with the nail file and then got nail glue all over my hands. And the worst part is my nails didn't even look good when they were done! They were crooked, uneven, and they weren't even the shape or length that I asked for! So, overall I absolutely do NOT recommend this place, in fact i'm pretty sure literally every other place is better.

The staff here are absolutely rude. I got one nail fixed, went home and closed my car door and my real nail broke in half and bled everywhere. I called and the guy said to come in so they can look at it. When I came he told me to sit and wait and had me waiting there for 10 minutes. I then asked one of the younger girls if I would be able to just have a refund she told me it wasn't her problem and to speak to the person who did it. I then spoke to the lady who did them and she said it's my fault and she won't refund me then completely ignored me. The people who work here have no experience and no customer service skills. Will never come here again.
