Very pricey - horrible experience Went for a deal for color cut style Didnt get what i asked with tht high price After coloring Keep asking the girl to blow dry with a big curls - and she keep saying I know and kept doing it wrong In the end when I said I dont like it - she said i dont have time to do anymore- I reminded her tht i am asking her to blow dry with brush before she even started but she was not listening . After coloring didnt clean my skin also. She didn’t know what she was doing Will never go again for my self to her. Although Ashley did an excellent job for my daughter’s hair - she listened, understood, gave suggestions and did what was expected.

Went in for impromptu manicures and was very pelased. Staff were nice and chatty and did a great job with my nails. Probably the best manicure experience I've ever had.

Ridiculously over priced. It cost me $75 for a root touch up, where I had to ask for a brush, and brush my own hair after they "rough dried" it. They were going to let me go without even brushing it. The last time I was there I felt it was expensive at $75 for a root touch up, however let it slide as I had opted for the "colour protection treatment". This time, I said no, yet was still charged $75. I also found it rude that the last 2 times I visited this salon, the girl at the front desk stood on her phone for at least 15-30 seconds before even acknowledging that I was standing there. Overall, I've found the staff (for the most part) rude and the customer service awful. Will not be returning.

Walked in today for a trim and left absolutely amazed! I had Lida as my stylist and it shows she knows what she's doing! I have officially found a stylist to cut my hair. She did an amazing job and I was in and out in an hour - Wash, cut, blowdry AND style! All that for $60 too which is great. Will definitely be going back and definitely to Lida!

Very lousy customer service. Felt the staff were racist and thought they were inferior to me. Would not recommend this salon to any coloured "non-cacausion" person. They dont deserve business!
