Fabutan / Hush Lash Studio

They recently moved from Whites Road. Still close to home for me and nice friendly but most important for me is that they are clean.

Disappointed in my first experience at Hush Eyelashes in Pickering. The price was definitely on the high end but I didn't mind that thinking I was paying for quality. When I walked out I was happy with my lashes. Within 2 days a significant amount of lashs began to fall out of one of the lashes. Thinking this was odd I called Hush to inform them. The girl on the phone told me she would let the owner know asap and that the owner would contact me. That was 2 weeks ago. No call. No follow up. No concern for customer satisfaction in spite of the $130 price tag that came with these lashes. I will not be returning to Hush.

I wouldn't even give this establishment a .05 but 1 star was the lowest Google would allow me to rate it. If your a visible minority don't even bother with this place. Owned by some of the rudesest , most disrespectful, emasculating , egocentric women i have ever encountered in a customer service industry. I have over 50, 000 readers on tripadvior and i wish i could vent more on there but for some reason fabutan Pickering isnt registered on that app. Hmmm...i wonder why???? All the positive feedback are from friends and associates from fabutan...none are real. Make the extra drive and head to danforth. Make no mistake...hands down the worst customer service experience I ever encountered .

Love love love my lash extensions! I was always hesitant to try them but the staff here were so knowledgable I felt comfortable putting my lashes in their hands. It was amazing, I woke up from my nap with gorgeous lashes!! Thanks!!
