Stop following people around the store! It's very obvious and does not provide a good shopping experience! Just recently one employee took the liberty of following me around the store even after I finished my purchase and was leaving. Not great customer service.

Terrible service. I went to exchange a wig cap that I bought not was the wrong ones just wanted to get the right one did not need money back it has the store tag an original price they would not exchange it. Management was awful.

Terrible service I agree to all the awful comment s because it is true management and staffs are very rude. Only if I could rate with no star I would.

This is by far the worst place I've ever been to customer service is filthy from management to staff ,the girls in there laugh at people they don't like to help , management gives attitude if asked any questions ,this place need to be closed down I haven't been here in a year due to the desrespect of management and staff members I've seen happen to people and also myself ,but I found a very nice Beaty supply store on westney with excellent customer service .This place does not even deserve a 1 star only give that to leave comment .😕
