I am extremely disappointed the owner of the Salon was so rude to me she even used the f.... word. How can somebody stay in business with this kind of attitude. She is Chinese perhaps not speaking enough English to understand what people are saying to her but she has no right what so ever to speak to anyone like this. I just asked her a question with please and thank you and her respond was the f..... work. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE! She doesn't deserve customers! Maybe she is from a different culture but in Canada we just don't use the f..... work not on the street, not in business not even at home.

It is always a pleasure to visit Betty. She does a fantastic job on both my  hair and nails; she never disappoints.
