Motel pics very deceiving! Swayback mattresses, mouse outside tried getting in a few rooms, including our room and stayed underneath the threshold of our door. Felt like we were at an hourly motel. We promptly got our money back and left after eating at Rodeo Steakhouse next door, which we give raving reviews. My handicapped mother noticed the very short toilets (not a handicapped room) and had extreme difficulty sitting and getting back up. Very depressing atmosphere. Our room was just feet from Hwy 101 and could feel the vibrations of the traffic. I do not recommend this motel to anyone. They charged $87 for two beds and the Quality Inn we ended up staying at, 2 miles away (which was 100% better) only charged $77. Something very wrong with that!!

Checked in with a very pleasant frintndesk clerk. Got our room keys and headed up to 208. The room smelled, carpet had debris, bed looked like they reused bedding and wasn't properly made, tables were not wiped down. Was in room under 5 min and went back down to request a new room and was told I needed to wait while she checked room i just complained about. She said it was clean she found no problems and complained cause my husband used restroom. (We had just drove 2hrs) she reluctantly gave us the room next to 208 and the room smelled, carpet badly stained, extra bedding was just thrown up on shelf not folded, what looked like blood or sofa splatter all over bathroom door, toilet was constantly running, would not flush simple toilet paper. The one thing good about room was the bed. Left hotel for dinner came back and asked clerk for extra pillow cases and she said she thought we left and rented our room out. Luckily the man was honest and didn't steal our things and told the front desk. We reluctantly stayed as i was afraid to lose our money for the room. But will never be back again and hope to stop others from staying.

I went to this place with my family,and we were not disappointed .we were greeted warmly. The food was delicious. The value was excellent compared to other prices we had seen and when we return to coss bay we will go back again😁😀

We had one problem after another trying to get ready for our fishing trip. We had to keep going into the office and ask for help. The young gal working here was more than patient with us. She was extremely friendly. And the main reason for the 5 stars. Great customer service! Would stay here again anytime.

It's about what you'd expect. Room was very clean and tidy when I arrived, but nothing fancy or exceptional.
