Please beware and read all of the contract. I was lied to and basically hustled out of $800. Was wanting month by month but was talked into 3 months contract with a lower rate. I was told that if I left early the price would revert to the original rate and I would receive a refund. I paid for 3 months and left in two. They refuse to refund me anything. So not only did I pay for a month I never used, I also was not returned my deposit. Paid $2200 for two months stay. Will not reply and I seem to have no recourse. Makes me wonder how many other people they get like this.

Patty is an angel on earth. The bathrooms were very clean and bright. The park seems very tidy and quiet.

Very helpful office staff and quality hookup sites for RVs and trailers.

If you are renting a storage space, be aware there have been numerous breaking from a homeless encampment directly next to the fence.nManagement has also increased fees significantly after being purchased by an out of state entity. Be aware they have me incorrect information re: cancellation of my rental space and then proceeded to tell me my deposit check would be in an email. When I followed up re: this after I didn’t receive it, they told me I hadn’t given enough notice or followed the checkout protocol.nBuyer be aware
