Lucky Loggers RV Park

We stayed here for a week in a 33ft motorhome and had a great stay. I literally think we got the best site in the campground #21. It’s next to a private/unused building and leads our onto a wooden deck that feels private (even though it’s really not) to look out over the river. A ton of train activity and noise, but I work remotely and it was kinda fun to look out at the trains for work breaks. Love the view. Also, the WiFi works surprisingly amazing - a huge perk. Not much in the way of amenities otherwise. Quiet park overall and staff and other campers aren’t all up in your business, which is nice. Convenient in the middle of town and right next to grocery stores, but also not busy with traffic since the campground is tucked away on a back street. Also nice that the sites are on concrete so it doesn’t get terribly muddy when it rains. Standard price for the area.

My husband and I sold our home ,from Georgia .My husband parents had become disabled and his family needed our help. We were caring for my wheelchair bound, 94 year old mother. We bought a motor home, so we could travel with my mother. I personally cannot speak about the reviews posted in the past. However, I can speak for the present on site managers. My husband and I thought we would be here in Coos Bay Oregon, for a short time. We are still as of this day being full time caregivers. I now myself have become a little sick.So here we are still residing temporarily at LUCKY LOGGERS. The husband and wife team. Excell in customer service, cleanness of grounds, laundry and shower. Great for your fur babies They have 3 pet areas. I personally can say, Great RV park. Answer to your question, I never knew past resident managers. You need to ask for Kevin and his wife They are on call 24/7. Work very hard on keeping this RV site, clean ,respectful, and drug free RV site. Wonderful location to our beautiful downtown Coos Bay Oregon.

Worse place I've ever lived at. Kevin the manager is very rude. And they kicked us out with no reason to give use. Would not recommend this place if u have kids. They also messed up my family's living situation twice. DO NOT LIVE HERE ABSOLUTELY TRASH. This trailer park should not be able to open they have no idea how to run a trailer park

Clean 420 a month plus electric plus a $50 deposit. 1.5 internet at $15 a month added on. If you're only here for one day or week then those ones are free for internet at .5

Terrible. Rate quoted was $420.00 without a Bay view. They neglected to say "plus electric". Strike one. When we asked if they had WiFi, they told us yes and when we asked how it was, they bragged that it was the best in town. They neglected to say it is not included and would cost an extra $45.00 a month for our two computers and Q Box. Strike two. The first night I went to use the bathroom at 10pm, rather than stink up our small trailer. It was chained shut! Strike three. So, make sure you ask EVERY question you can think of, about everything that is important to you, and read the fine print and the rules on the page and the rules on the wall in the office before you pay. That way you won't end up with a bitter, sick taste in your mouth like we got from this place. There are absolutely NO refunds! We feel violated and lied to. P.S. Response to owner: 1) No misunderstanding . . . the woman did NOT say "plus electric and extra for streaming or more than one device". And the cost is per device. 2). Nowhere did we say we don't like our site. We love it! 3). One doesn't see the sign until one uses the bathroom. 4). The Women's room is out of soap. Oh, and paper towels and seat covers.
