Started over 20 years ago in Grand Rapids, the Sundance Grill now has two locations to serve you. The 28th Street location in the Esplanade Plaza is commonly known as “The Weekend Breakfast Place”, and has become popular for lunch and dinner as well.

I gotta say I was highly disappointed with this experience. Server Ally didn't know what she was talking about and had zero knowledge about the menu. We asked what beers were on draft and instead of telling us she handed us her notes to read the list, the worst part is that she spelled "loggers" wrong. It took well over 20 minutes for our order for French toast and a burger. Not only that but every time we asked her a question she would literally tell us that she didn't know and would go check. You could tell her anxiety was high the whole time and we weren't being rude or anything but c'mon! If yoir anxiety is so bad to where you can't talk to a casual table without your voice shaking, maybe serving isn't for you. I'm not going to tell my guests about this place anymore, I'm going to start sending them over to Cygnus.

32 people advance reservation given with time and horsdeourve pre ordered for arrival. One waitress and everything was not ready. Over 1 hour wait for meal. Food was poor to good depending on order.

I will say that the food was very good; however, I went in as a single woman alone and had to track down the hostess to get seated and had to wait to get service. Very unhappy with the service. The young lady who finally waited on me did an excellent job.
