Carryout service is pretty bad. It usually takes 10-20 minutes after your order was supposed to be ready before you get it, and there is almost always something missing or wrong so check your order closely.

Went out to eat there today and had the worst waitress named Melanie. She acted like she did not want to be there, was rude and took forever to bring the food and refills. Had to ask the manager more than once for help while she was dling other things. To top it off she messed up the bill more than once. Will be choosing a different bdubs next time.

Ordered large traditional wings for takeout on half off deal on Tuesday over phone. Wait time was 45min, so reached after 45min and order was ready. Wings were delicious as usual. I say call ahead if takeout !!
