ELK Brewing

My wife and I were in from out of town. The customer service was fantastic as was the atmosphere. The food and beer were delicious. Would definitely come back!

Way more welcoming than Brewery Vivant was. You get a flight of five for $8, compared to Vivant's 4 for $12. They also edge them out on beer selection as well. I'd go back to Elk over Vivant if I had to pick a place. I got a flight of five beers, all were distinct and unique in their own right. Definitely give them a try.

Ian was working last Sunday. Great source of information about their beer and more! Will definitely be back next time we're in town!

Fantastic brewery. The Hopanjero was a masterpiece and they really seem to care about the beer they make.

We are in Grand Rapids touring local breweries and stopped into the Elk Brewery. My comment is not about the beer it's more the fact that nowhere in the brewery or on the website do they have any descriptions of their beers. Behind the bar they tell you what they have and the ABV nothing about IBU and no description. I ordered a blonde express and got a beer that tasted like coffee, I don't like coffee. If someone from the brewery reads this please print up lists with a description of your beers.
