Mess up orders often! Terrible customer service. Placed order an hour ahead of time. When I went to pick up, the young girl working the cash register could not find the order. Manager comes over and tries to show her how to find it on the computer, doesn't make eye contact with me, smile, or even acknowledge I am there. Girl finds order in computer, and takes my money and I assume food is coming out. 10 minutes go bye and I ask her what is going on. With a blank stare and snotty response she says "What do you mean?" I explained that I ordered an hour ago so I didn't have to wait. She gets another gal to help her which makes up this way-too-long story of why the order isn't ready instead of just admitting they forgot to make it. So I call an hour ahead of time and still end up waiting 30 minutes for the food. When this place stops hiring college kids to run the business, maybe things will be better. Don't waste your time--spend your money on a local sports bar--this one sucks. No acknowledgement from male manager, and a dumbfounded kid working the takeout orders. What a mess, no wonder stock is falling. 20+ other food options to choose from within 2 minutes of this location, won't be coming back! Too bad, I often place large catering orders for work but would never trust this location to get it right.

My friends and I had some pretty bad service here on New Year's Eve, and the place wasn't even busy. It took two hours for us to get our food and when we finally did the food was luke-warm. One of our friends had her young daughter with her and the server asked if she could get her something while we were waiting for our food. My friend requested chips for her to snack on because she was starving, and then the was charged for the tortilla chips! We asked the waitress why the food was cold, and she tried to argue with us about watching it come out of the kitchen herself. I'm not sure I'll be back to this location.

Good food and fast service. Friendly staff and good prices. We go every Tuesday for buy one get one traditional wings.

It's pretty good. Don't order the salads, I got several pieces of bad produce in my garden salad. Wings are pretty good though. Would recommend the wings

Very quick for lunch, which is what we needed. Not crowded.
