The Brick

We ended up buying appliances for entire house. Our salesperson was very patient and explained all the products in detail. He wasn't a high pressure salesperson. The variety of products is amazing and most important the prices were excellent. I would recommend this location for all your house furnishings.

Terrible experience. Picking out what we wanted was easy. We already knew what we wanted. Waited total of almost 3 weeks. Had to re select after first 2 deliveries didn't work. Payed extra to get mattresses early instead of waiting extra 3 more days and sleeping on the floor again. Then slept on mattresses on the floor while waiting for base. Got base 4 days later. Delivered. Didn't set up. Missing a part. Movers had to come back to assemble. For the part was told to call customer services.. save your time and money. Go to sleep country. Even if brick cheaper on paper, sleep country will price match with no gst.

Went into the brick to make a purchase. The salesman Quincy hooked us up with exactly what we wanted, and was able to get it delivered 2 Days Later. I have been to this brick in the past for furniture & never had a problem.

The salesman offered free pillows to me, told me to go pick one out, I go pick one out then the manager of the store comes up to us and tries to sell us a mattress protector, which I refused, he was super pushy of a mattress protector and then continues going on how nobody has ever said no to his offer on it. Then after 5 times of saying no, he told me I no longer get the free pillow. On top of all that 1 month later I check my statement and they added a monthly fee of insurance which I never agreed to. Very bad store, don’t go. You will be conned.
