Being new to any form of 'gym' environment made me a little intimidated to give it a shot but I'm glad I did. I decided to join after my free class a little over and month ago and I’ve found the environment at Stone City is consistently positive and the staff and other members encouraging. Combine that with programming that is well thought out and delivered with accurate instruction/corrections has made Stone City an excellent investment for my fitness goals. It’s clear these owners love what they do and their enthusiasm radiates positive energy each time I’m there. Thanks.

Stone City Strength and Wellness is a new gym in the east end of Kingston. I became a client soon after it opened, having been well impressed by the free trial session. This is not a “big box” gym. The space is relatively small compared to Good Life and other such gyms. This certainly lends itself well to smaller group sizes and closer, personal attention paid to individual clients as they train. The equipment is all new and the space is well laid out to accommodate the full array of training that takes place on a daily basis. Apart from the physical space and equipment, the real strengths of this gym are the people and the excellent programming and coaching. Session timings are well thought out, and spread throughout the day so it’s easy to fit in a training session no matter what your daily routine is. Tomasz provides a vast amount of knowledge and attention to detail to all clients, including adaptations designed to address movement problems and injuries. I have made good friends in this gym; there’s a real camaraderie among clients that only benefits your motivation. My results have been outstanding, and I recommend Stone City without reservation.

Stone City Strength is the kind of place that feels like home with people who feel like family. Their ability to adapt their coaching and programming to suit each member's goals and learning styles is refreshing. From the moment I set foot in the gym I felt included, supported, and challenged. The receptiveness to feedback allows for diverse programming that invites any athlete, no matter their skill level, to participate.

Stone City's personalized, knowledgeable, friendly staff will help jumpstart anyone's fitness routine. My energy level has really increased and I feel revitalized. The gym is compact and extremely well kept. It's a fun place to work out!
