Your physical fitness level, interests, personal goals, posture and muscular imbalances are all taken into account when designing a CUSTOM-FIT program intended to provide you SAFE, EFFICENT RESULTS. We believe that ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL so we offer a multitude of services. Your fitness program can be designed for one-on-one private training or group training. Our objective is to offer quality fitness programs that fit your individual needs and budget.
Home away from home
Our studio is inviting and immaculate. It feels like a home away from home. Each time you workout with us you are surrounded by friendly faces and warm limestone walls. Our 2,500 Sq. Ft. studio has the convenience of free parking, top of the line equipment and includes both shower and locker facilities. Our bathrooms are fully stocked with amenities and apples are always offered in a bowl at the front entrance. All of this contributes to an atmosphere where you feel part of a community and are well taken care of.
Fits Your Schedule
You can choose Private Training, Group Training, Semi-Private Training, Half Hour sessions, Full Hour sessions or a combination of everything. You can work with a trainer on a frequent basis or have a trainer build a personal program that you do on your own, checking in once in a while for program adjustments. What matters is what fits your schedule, your goals, and your budget. Our trainers and facilities are available to you from 6 times a week to once every 6 weeks, or anything in between. For Private Training appointments, a time slot is reserved specifically for you ensuring the accountability needed to help you reach your fitness goals.
