I don't live in Kingston but have family here, so I used a day-pass. Was absolutely amazed how great the equipment is. Everything works well, maintained properly, and the gym itself is not overly crowded. If you're committed to the gym then this is the perfect place to work out.
Clean, well maintained and highly efficient. Omega offers one of the best overall gym experiences for both new members and advanced. Open 24/7, it stands above the rest of the gyms in the area with its gym equipment, allowing you to fully engage each muscle group with confidence. The staff are incredibly professional and helpful. Honestly it's a nice gym. I was bothered they didn't send notifications to manually pause payments when everything closed for COVID and they automatically kept charging you... but they had a banner on the website and no one had a good answer for responding to lockdowns so I can't really fault them for it.
Very clean, friendly, and accessible gym. A bit pricy for some but I think it’s totally worth it

Awesome gym, great people and great vibes. Owners care for their members and keep the gym up to standard and take pride in their business. There is a big sense of community in this gym; members whom are serious yet friendly. Trainers know their stuff and are more than willing to go the extra mile to explain stuff to you and show you how to do things properly. Best gym in Kingston if you want results and not free pizza or doughnuts..
I've been coming to Omega since 2013. I have to say, it is by far the best gym in town. The new owners are very friendly and welcoming to everyone. This is a real gym, no lunk alarm, noise, grunting, chalk, etc are all allowed.
My regular gym. Always a great place to go. Easy to find what you need and always have lots of machines available for use. Easy to park Clean washrooms and showers
I rarely write reviews but after reading the only review listed here, and it being so negative, I had to write about my experience. I've probably belonged to every gym in Kingston over the past 20 years and this one is the best I've been too. It's a perfect size and not full of muscle heads. Members are focused on what they are doing, and not so much what everybody else is doing. It's very clean and I can't say one bad thing about the owners, or the staff. I was ready to walk out, only because I felt I wasn't using it enough to warrant my membership. But one of the trainers offered a few free training sessions to help me utilize the gym more efficiently. I'm so pleased she did, because since then, I go 3 to 4 times a week, and participate in the classes as well. You can't please everyone, that's a given. But in all fairness, judge for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
