Love this place, people are great and always make you feel welcomed. Workouts are always different, I always leave happy and feeling accomplished!
OTF is a great investment. Finally, here was a place with hours that allowed me to participate without forcing me to rush my routine but also not interfere with the schedule of a busy household. There is no annoying and unwelcome upsell waiting for you every other time you walk through the door. There ARE like-minded people who are getting back to improving fitness or using OTF as a foundation to take on other physical challenges. You can easily track your progress over time with the app and the data captured with every workout. If you're sidelined a bit due to injury or illness, you can use that same data to scale back during your recovery and resume your gains when well again. It's more towards premium cost but excellent value for the money; better than many other options around.
I love Orange Theory because the workouts are always different, always fun and always push me to my max. The music is always pumping and the coaches and staff are amazing! It feels like you're part of a family. I have never gotten that anywhere else! Highly recommend.
I walked in a little nervous for my first time, not knowing what to expect, and from the greeting to the end of the session I was amazed at how at ease the staff and coach made me feel. I felt right at home, and could feel the motivation and excitement from the rest of the class. I absolutely loved that I can monitor my heart, and the healthy competition made it that much more fun. It didn't feel like a workout / chore; it felt like a fun group activity!
was going to be 7 minutes late to being the required 30 minutes early to my first class and they would not let us participate. they claimed it was a liability issue, which doesn't make sense because, as we explained to them, minors can't sign contracts anyhow, so a legal guardian can surely sign the papers at the same time as the minor receives their equipment and safety training. being late was our bad, but surely they could have accomodated a little better
Instructors are great, they will push you through the hr but a bit pricy .. if you are fine with pricing this is good Group excercises with loud music will definitely get you pumped up. Parking available infront and in other areas of the complex
Love it! Such a fun workout, intense as you want it to be.
I joined a couple of weeks ago and I am addicted. The staff and coaches are very welcoming and helpful. The classes are very motivating and not intimidating in the least. It is like having a personal trainer in your ear, challenging you to pick up the pace. It is all based on what you can do, and there are other options if you have injuries.
A great mix of cardio and strength in every workout, and the classes are always a new mix of activities, so you don't get bored. The vibe at the gym is really positive, and the coaches and other members encourage you to do your best. You can push yourself constantly to improve, and I love that you can track your progress. Highly recommended!
