Sensual Serenity is Kingston’s first alternative fitness studio for the everyday woman who is looking to transform her body and mind through movement. We offer unique classes that leave our members feeling empowered, sexy, healthy, and happy when they leave our front doors.

Sensual Serenity encourages positive body image in a supportive, friendly, and nonjudgmental environment. We have fun, laugh hard, play even harder, and share in each other’s successes both on and off the studio floor.

We Specialize in Pole Dancing, Fitness and Dance classes with progressive training which is geared to a variety of different skill levels. Our main focus is safe and progressive training that is geared to each individual students abilities.
