Can’t rate this place highly enough!  Have trained on and off in various gyms for the last 5 years and have to say this has the best classes I’ve been to.  The different styles of classes are all really interesting/different. It’s hard work but each class feels great when you’re finished. The instructors give great direction to make sure you have the correct form. You can tell they all have a lot of knowledge and are willing to help throughout the class.  Having also been to the yoga there, it’s the first time I’ve gone to yoga and properly understood how to do some of the positions which has helped so much.  The owners, instructors, classes and equipment are all fantastic so would recommend this place to anyone.

Great workout with a good vibe and knowledgeable staff. Gonna be sore tomorrow
