Taylored Training Fitness Studio and Physiotherapy

Physio department is stellar, really helped bring my shoulder back to full strength. Thanks to Lindsay :)

I changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. Most knowledgeable trainers I have met. I have been working out for my whole life. These people know what they are doing. They do not have much equipment. Mostly body weight workout. Cardio and muscle building at the same time. Best workouts ever. changes everyday. Never boring. . Edit begins here. They loose 1 star because the owners are crazy. They lose another star for bad follow through on almost everything. I signed up for Group / Team Training. The Group / Team training was cancelled. They changed their format, which is fine. they have every right to do what they want in their business. What happened after is not. I did not purchase use of the facility while being shunned ignored and mistreated by the staff. Once my wife and I indicated that we did not want any service but the one we signed up for we were treated very badly. I was made to feel so uncomfortable that I could not go to Taylored Fitness no matter what they offered. In one of Taylor Simon’s facebook posts he indicated that he was" happy to cut the life sucking deadweight from his studio". The trainers reinforced this by looking at their phones, and drinking cofee instead of helping us or even saying hello. We were ignored and treated very badly. I get better service and more help at Planet Fitness than I got from Taylor Fitness in the last weeks.

I keep up with Taylored Training's Facebook videos that offer fitness tips and advice. He is an excellent training coach and I wish I lived in Kingston where Taylored Training is based out of! Keep up the top quality work.
