Story

In 1975 Stitches started off with just a single retail store in the heart of downtown Toronto. We have now grown to over 75 locations nationwide, catering to young adults all over Canada. Stitches is successful because we listen to our customers and evolve to offer teens aged 14 to 18 trendy quality fashion at affordable prices. Quality is key to gaining our customers trust and we are constantly improving our product to ensure we offer styles that not only fit but last. Options are LIMITED. The clothes look way too cheap. Sometimes there are a few good pieces but for the most part it's like I just walk in to walk right back out. The price is great. The products aren't. It's also not a store to go to if you're bigger than maybe a size 7 pant, M dress and tops. The men's section I never really go to but it looks just as cheap as the female section. The men's section I'd shop for work clothes if I did construction.

Saw quite a few things I wanted to get and found a few pants I wanted to try on but realized there was no change rooms. I put most stuff back and got a few pairs of socks and a winter hat fairly cheap. If they had fitting rooms, I probably would have bought a lot more. The very discounted items were final sale, and I wasn't willing to spend money on something I wasn't sure was going to fit. I may come back when I visit other stores nearby, but I won't make the trip specifically for this store.

Never buy any electronics from here including any LED lights,they sell defective stuff and the fat guy on the cash counter,says to people,that they have 2 weeks to return or exchange,but when it's not working and you go back,so he says he never said it and they don't do the exchange or return,so once your money is paid,its gone forever,the manger of the store also defends their staff. Untrained staff,lying to customers,the staff themselves don't know what's the exchange or return policy. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY STITCHES IN CANADA.Cheap company with cheap defective things and cheap staff.

This store sucked. I can honestly say this was the worst customer service EVER. I was putting a shirt up back on a rack and some worker popped out of nowhere and started screaming at me in front of other people telling me to put it back neatly. That is the janitor and workers job not mine. This lady expected me to lick the rat floor clean and pick up these shirts that weren’t mine. Awful store with no changing rooms, not to mention that whole store smelled like hamster breath.
