I recently visited this store on a couple of different days. Both days, I received excellent service! Friendly and helpful staff and lovely clothing! I will be back.

Awful experience at this Ann Taylor. Poor customer service, if you need a different size when you’re trying on clothes the associates made me feel like I was bugging them.

Large selections of clothes, all so beautiful. The lady there was really nice, she helped me patiently to find what I like and what suits me well. You are so sweet, thank you very much Danica, if you read this;^)

Nice selection of items, they have a good style. The store is spacious and accomodating even to a large set of people (like on Black Friday). Very clean and cheerful. High professionalism of staff. The line for change rooms, however, may be a bit long. Overall, a mid-range item selection with a high-range level of service.
