Gap

Gap Kids merchandise is pricey enough to be a special treat for my granddaughter, who loves everything in the store. Every time I've been there, however, the store has been seriously understaffed. There was a single cash open today, and we waited 15 minutes to cash out. Unacceptable. Had I been shopping on my own, I would have left my purchases on the counter and walked out. There were two staff visible, covering the entire store. Both were great, and the rating is not a reflection on them: the store is simply not well managed. Customers deserve better.

Was on hold for 25 minutes on the phone.... when you are in the store, very difficult to find helpful staff

Awful management.. rude assistant manager.. Good clothing though.

This is consistently the most messy GAP I have ever been to, the low staffing levels can't seem to keep up with customers scattering clothes. Sometimes is unshoppable.
