My friends and I went to the Yorkdale location yesterday (July 29th 2017, between the hours 3:30 and 4pm) and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Every single staff member was rude and seemed aggravated when we needed help. When we first walked in we weren't even greeted and there were staff members gossiping behind us. When we turned around to look for a sales rep for help they rolled their eyes and asked if we needed a size very aggressively. When I tried on my jeans I noticed I grabbed the wrong size so I asked the worker in the change room to grab me the correct one. She seemed incredibly annoyed that I had made a simple mistake. After, I was asking another worker about the sale going on and she rolled her eyes seemingly annoyed that I wasn't already aware and that she had to repeat herself. Then when my friends and I were checking out the lady helping my friend didn't say a single word to her. The lady helping me was rude and dismissive and didn't say a single nice thing, and when she did speak she had a very annoyed tone to her voice. Overall a horrible experience. Although I love Levi's as a brand, I can't say I will return to the Yorkdale location.

The sales staff are extremely helpful and informative with product knowledge. Although I had a difficult time finding a pair of jeans that fit and walked away with nothing. I appreciate the attentiveness, and patience the sales staff had and their suggestions they offered to help find the right jeans suitable to my shape and style.

The young manager over there is just the best ! He advised me to get the 541, I thought I didn't like that cut but he told me to take 2 size below and the fit was exactly what I was looking for. I was in Levis niagara the night before, it was night and day with the rudest associate ever ! Thanks again !
