Very nice staff with a sense of humor. The deals were incredible. They had very nice clothing and shoes. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because I couldn’t find the majority of the clothes I liked in my size. That being said I still found a few in my size as well as some amazing dress jackets. It was an enjoyable experience shopping here all in all

Prices are OK, but good luck finding a size if you're not S or XL.

I was once a huge fan of Le Château. Some people would complain about the quality but I felt like the cuts they make for their dresses fit me better than anything else. I'm a little upset to see they've fallen off over the years and seem to be remaking the same dresses every year with less quality while still maintaining the higher prices. LC is still my go-to if I need a dress on short notice because I know they will fit me very well and they look classy. I'm really not impressed with this store. The staff is quite rude, the racks are a horrific mess. The clothing is not properly sorted by size or style. I have to rummage to find anything I would like to buy, and I would never go if I really needed to get something because it would just take me way too long to locate in my opinion. Although, when you find something you like, it is worthwhile. It's nice to visit on a shopping day with plenty of time, not in a case of urgency.

Dresses are damaged! They have pulls all over them, even when the prices are still over $70. Don't even look at the dresses for less than $50. Ugly and even more damaged. I saw a dress that was entirely damaged, making it look like it was a style. This place used to be amazing years ago, but it has officially become a place I won't waste my money at.

It's an outlet so it isn't fancy, but you can try things on and they always have amazing dresses for special occasions as well as great selection of work attire here at very reasonable prices. I go here often.

You should have enough patience to find the things you're looking for, the store is not as fancy as regular le chateau stores. I went there three times and bought at least 10 items each time and actually if you have enough time and patience it worth it cause you pay less than regular le chateau stores on average half price less.

The prices are awesome and considering this is a an outlet, their selection is great. Most of the staff is friendly but that music... It is deafening... And the change rooms are super sketchy but really, you get what you pay for.

Great price finds you just have to dig through a whole lot of stock to gond it. Do make sure you go with plenty of time to spare, but you can find some really great stuff.

I buy all my work clothes here. Just make sure to give yourself a lot of time to shop, so you can go through all the clothing racks!
