POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! - - if they don't have your size in stock they won't call another store to inquire and get you the right size. Most of the time they won't hold the item for you until end of the day. From now on i will be going to Sherway.

In the past I have to admit that I have felt intimidated walking into this store. My most recent visit has changed all of that. I had the most pleasant shopping experience at this store two days before Christmas! My presence in the store was promptly acknowledged. As I already knew what item I wanted to purchase, the sales associate politely asked me to sit down and brought me a water while the team swiftly got my purchase ready for me to take home. My experience was definitely total opposite of what many others here have talked about!

Been there twice they were always nice to my wife and helped her out with everything she needed.

Horrible customer service! Sales associate completely ignored me and was rude when I asked her for a size in one of their boots. Such a great brand but horrible, horrible sales associates working to represent the brand. They definitely need to put more consideration when hiring these ignorant and incapable girls!

This review is a little late, but after googling this location to read about others experiences, I know I'm not alone. In May 2015, I made the unfortunate mistake of walking into this store. I had never heard of the brand before and after buying their shoes I wish I hadn't. Tory Burch is low quality products disguised as high end products. I bought a $300 pair of black patent leather flats that tore at the seams after only 30 days. At the time I was working in an office building, at a quiet desk job. I mostly sat all day. The only walking I did in these shoes were to and from my car at the end of each day. Sufficit to say, I did not require much of these shoes except to look pretty on my feet. When I emailed the store manager, Eve, to report the tear, she asked me to send her a picture of the damage so she could assess it. After spending an hour trying to take pictures from the best angle and send her a polite and reasonable email, she emailed me back to say that it could not be repaired and insinuated that I had done damage to it myself. I still recall this horrible experience 2 years later because first this has NEVER happened to me before, regardless of where I previously bought shoes or how much they cost me. They usually last longer than 30 days. I'm not surprised this location only has 1.9 star rating. I guess nothing has changed in 19 months. I bought shoes fron payless shoe store that only cost $30 and they lasted 5 years. Tory Burch is just a name. ..nothing more. AVOID this store and the merchandise. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
